Re:Ten Core Principles of the Classical Liberal & Libertarian View of Society and Government Date Posted:11/01/2018 2:24 AMCopy HTML Toleration is not enough. We must engage ideas, wrangle with them, and come away with truths in the middle of extremes. Our Congress is the best possible place for that to happen. That’s assuming the members are truly representative of our people.
Skeptical.....

Don't initiate violence against others and keep your hands off their stuff. I'm talking to you, Unka Sam and all the little Sammies. Do that and people will start to like and respect you wankers again. |

Re:Ten Core Principles of the Classical Liberal & Libertarian View of Society and Government Date Posted:11/04/2018 11:53 PMCopy HTML If Hoover hadn’t lost the election.....individualists would’ve had an easier time. Great, great grandma Rhoda’s cousin married him...I have a tintype of the family in clothes they wore to the wedding. Quaker side of the family; they’re pretty happy.
We like to think it’s them in the tintype.....resemblance to family is uncanny, but no one alive today really knows. Uncle Henry probably knew. He had a couple tintypes of men in Union Civil War uniforms that we venture were his namesake grand uncle on his father’s side and a couple other uncles from his mother’s who survived the war, moved to Nebraska when it was over.
I’ve been looking for pictures taken by their regiments, trying to verify them, but the book supposedly containing them has eluded me. News everyday of old stuff showing up in genealogy, a dance when it happens....
